We are excited to announce another episode of our EmpowHERed Women Series in celebration of Women Day, featuring remarkable women in the floral industry. Our next speaker is Elizaveta Bizyukova, Co-Founder of @listva_kemerovo Flower Shops.

Elizaveta is a lawyer by training, who is currently on maternity leave. Together with her husband Dmitry, they opened the largest local flower shop chain in Kemerovo in just under a year. Listva Flower Shops entered the market very quickly and effectively: the residents of the city have never seen such beautiful and modern flower salons before, where each client has the opportunity to go into a flower refrigerator, see and touch flowers.

Their brand had pioneered an open business model and modern approach. They offer only high-quality flowers from the world’s best plantations while keeping prices in their salons lower than those of competitors, due to low mark-ups and direct purchases.

Listva’s brand vision for the next 3 years is to become the largest flower chain in Siberia and then in all of Russia.

This entrepreneur and incredible woman are responsible for the creative development of the flower shops: creating collections, working with florists, managing the website and social networks.
