A dedicated mother of 7, wife, and entrepreneur, Holly is the creative visionary behind Virginia-based Holly Heider Chapple Flowers and The Chapel Designers, an international network of florists and event designers.
With over 25 years of successful business experience behind her, Holly now serves as a teacher, speaker and mentor for other professionals in the wedding industry. She currently sits on a trend report board with industry leaders, owns and operates Hope Flower Farm and has launched her own product line with Syndicate Sales. Her innovations and creativity are inspiring the world of floristry.

Momma of two, Brenna is AIFD botanical artist and floral educator with years of experience in retail, wholesale, event work & floral competitions.
Brenna now shares her collective knowledge, as a floral educator and by promoting flowers as art to the public. With a focus on creativity, she strives to inspire others to think about materials beyond their intended uses and deliver a sense of delight with her flair for botanical art.

Mom to a daughter, Kelly is the founder of Team Flower & Philosophy Flowers, a floral community, events and online learning, and Philosophy Flowers, a wedding floral design shop based in North Carolina.
She is passionate about helping fellow flower lovers find their “spot” in the amazing world of flowers through training and on-demand courses, which take the mystery out of how to become a florist.
